Agency Project Manager

Capability: Production Location: Jabodetabek, Indonesia · Remote Employment Type: Full-time Applications Close: 16 August 2026

Who We Are

nue is a social-first creative agency and production house based in Jakarta and Singapore. We combine content production and performance media within a single team, creating work that is made and measured by the same people. We partner with brands across Indonesia and Singapore, producing approximately 200-300 pieces of content each month and managing IDR 300–500 million in monthly media spend on behalf of our clients. Our production and media teams sit together rather than in separate departments, an approach that allows creative decisions to be informed directly by performance data.

What You'll Do:

- Hold the production schedule together: what's shooting, what's editing, what's in revision, what's due - Brief and chase deliverables across our pre-productions, productions and post-productions - Own the project board, so anyone can see where something stands without asking - Track revision rounds and flag a deadline at risk before it slips, not after - Prepare delivery updates for clients and sit in the meetings where they're discussed - Keep accurate records of scope, timelines and changes

Who You Are:

- Around a year coordinating creative or production, in an agency, production house, in-house team or freelance capacity - You've run a project board that other people actually relied on, not one you kept for yourself - Comfortable chasing people, including people more senior than you, without creating friction - You notice a timeline is in trouble before it slips - Strong written communication in English, sufficient for client updates - Willing to have your reasoning reviewed and revised
We believe the best work happens when the people making it and the people measuring it sit together. Our team works remotely with one day a week together in person for your first three months. We're opening an office in Alam Sutera shortly. Once it's open this moves to 4 days a week in office, and you'll get at least a month's notice before anything changes. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.
If something here isn't clear, the answer is probably in the form. We don't review applications sent by email or DM.
