nue is a social-first creative agency and production house based in Jakarta and Singapore. We combine content production and performance media within a single team, creating work that is made and measured by the same people. We partner with brands across Indonesia and Singapore, producing approximately 200-300 pieces of content each month and managing IDR 300–500 million in monthly media spend on behalf of our clients. Our production and media teams sit together rather than in separate departments, an approach that allows creative decisions to be informed directly by performance data.
- Build, launch and manage Meta advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts
- Monitor daily campaign performance and escalate significant movements to the Performance Lead
- Support the ongoing optimisation of campaign structure, audience configuration and creative rotation
- Collaborate with editors, designers and content specialists to translate performance findings into creative direction
- Contribute to the development of creative testing plans and document outcomes
- Prepare and maintain client-facing performance reporting
- Participate in client meetings where campaign performance is presented and discussed
- Maintain accurate records of campaign changes, budgets and results
- Stay current with Meta platform updates, ad formats and policy changes
- At least 1 year of experience in Meta Ads Manager, gained in an agency, in-house, freelance or independent capacity
- Demonstrated experience building a campaign independently rather than supporting one
- Working knowledge of campaign structure, audience configuration and creative testing
- Comfortable interpreting performance data and forming a point of view from it
- Strong written communication in English, sufficient for client-facing reporting
- Effective time and task management across multiple concurrent accounts
- Willingness to have your reasoning reviewed and revised
We believe the best work happens when the people making it and the people measuring it sit together. Our team works remotely with one day a week together in person for your first three months. We're opening an office in Alam Sutera shortly. Once it's open this moves to 4 days a week in office, and you'll get at least a month's notice before anything changes.
